Mini Empanadas Gluten Free. These are handmade half a moon shape corn flour dough that comes filled in different flavors. They are deep-fried until golden brown. We have Cheese, ham and cheese, chicken, beef, black beans with cheese, and fish. The corn flour make this mini empanadas unique because is gluten free.
They come pre-cook and frozen on a trade of 12 units and the box contains 4 trades (48 units). We can also customize quantities and flavors if needed by restaurants, caters or individuals orders (minimum 100 units).
